Description:

This event raises funds for the educational programs of River Legacy Science Center and River Legacy Parks through a fun race in which amateur boat builders design, build, navigate and race boats made entirely out of cardboard. Volunteers are needed to help load cardboard and other assistance tasks.

This event is not managed by the Volunteer Center of North Texas. You will be contacted by a representative from this agency.  If you are not contacted about this opportunity within 48 hours of the project date please contact us at handson@vcnt.org.

Note: Late registrations (less than 48 hours before a project date) may not be contacted in a timely manner. 

You must be 18 or older in order volunteer for this project.
