Volunteers are needed to work our mobile Adopt-a-Pet events at the McKinney/Allen/Plano PETsMARTS. Adopt-a-pets are held every Saturday and Sunday from 11:15am to 4:15pm. Help us find great homes for our cats and kittens (we work 99% with cats, and have a dog or two from time to time), as well as new foster homes and volunteers for our organization. Work required is cleaning and setup of cages and the adoption center, feeding the cats, cat grooming, and just socializing and playing with them. Also need to be able to speak and question the public about their adoption or volunteering intentions.

This event is not managed by the Volunteer Center of North Texas. You will be contacted by a representative from this agency.  If you are not contacted about this opportunity within 48 hours of the project date please contact us at handson@vcnt.org.

Note: Late registrations (less than 48 hours before a project date) may not be contacted in a timely manner. 

You must be 15 or older in order volunteer for this project.
